Delivery Policy

At Luna Ticketing, all tickets are delivered digitally and made available immediately upon completion of your order. We aim to ensure a smooth, secure, and timely delivery experience so you can access your tickets with confidence and peace of mind.

Luna Ticketing only sells digital e-tickets on behalf of Event Producers, which means we do not provide event services. Our service role is considered completed upon the digital delivery of your ticket(s).

1. Digital Ticket Delivery

Once your order is successfully processed, your digital e-tickets will be delivered automatically:

  • By Email: Tickets are sent to the purchaser’s email address entered at checkout. This typically occurs within minutes of purchase.

  • In Your Account: All tickets are also saved in your Luna Ticketing account, which is required for all purchases. You can access your digital e-tickets at any time by logging into your account.

Please ensure that your email address is entered accurately. If you do not see your ticket email, check your spam or junk folder.

2. Ticket Format and Event Information

Tickets are delivered in PDF format and include essential event details, such as:

  • Event name

  • Date and time

  • Venue/location (if publicly disclosed)

  • Additional entry instructions (if applicable)

Please note: Luna Ticketing does not send physical tickets or mail any printed materials. All tickets and order confirmations are delivered digitally through email and your Luna Ticketing account. Our platform and ticketing services are entirely online.

For some events, the Event Producer may require you to complete additional registration steps in order to receive event check-in materials, credentials, location details, or access codes. These materials, when required, are not provided by Luna Ticketing and are managed entirely by the Event Producer.

If an event requires this type of registration, Luna Ticketing will provide proper instructions in the following places:

  • On your order confirmation page

  • In the email containing your PDF ticket(s)

  • Within the PDF ticket itself

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions and complete any necessary registration steps with the Event Producer. Failure to do so may result in denied entry, delayed check-in, or cancellation of your admission license without refund, and Luna Ticketing shall not be held responsible.

3. Account Access and Ticket Management

All Luna Ticketing users are required to create an account during checkout. Your tickets will be securely stored in your account, allowing you to:

  • View your purchase history

  • View or Re-download your tickets at any time

  • Retrieve tickets if the original email is lost

This system offers both convenience and reliability, especially for customers attending multiple events or managing group purchases.

4. Group Purchases and Multiple Tickets

If you purchase multiple tickets in a single order (e.g., for a group), all tickets will be delivered to the account holder associated with the purchase. Tickets are not individually assigned or transferred to other group members.

The account holder is responsible for managing all tickets within their account and ensuring that each ticket is presented at check-in for event entry. Tickets cannot be reassigned to other Luna Ticketing accounts.

5. Delivery Support

If you have not received your tickets within 30 minutes of placing your order:

  1. Check your spam or junk email folder

  2. Log into your Luna Ticketing account to see if your tickets are available

  3. If you still cannot locate your tickets, please submit a Customer Support Request through our Support Page. Our team will respond as soon as possible to assist you.
