Who the information is shared with

We do not rent or sell any of your personal information without your explicit consent. However, in order to perform our duties to you, we may share your information with third parties, but only those affiliates that Luna Ticketing has fully vetted and created a partnership with.

Some of these affiliates include:

• Integration Partners – Luna Ticketing employs 3rd parties to perform some functions such as cloud storage, analytic tools, administration and support tools, emailing, CRM, payment processing, messaging, and collaboration. These affiliates are only provided with the necessary information that would enable them to provide their service.
• Event Producers – As a ticketing provider, we sell tickets on behalf of the Event Producers. Therefore, we need to share your personal information with the Event Producer so they can provide you with event information like venue, ticket validation, or sales control. Luna Ticketing is not liable for any actions of these parties. If you have concerns or complaints about the use of your personal information by such a party, you must contact that party directly.

The only reason we will ever share your information with affiliates is for the following purposes:

• Infrastructure monitoring
• Analytics
• Displaying content from external platforms
• Processing transactions
• Protecting company from fraud
• Fulfilling and delivering orders
• Measuring marketing and advertising performance
• Providing excellent customer service
